Jasmine is the unruly princess of the wealthy kingdom of Agrabah, destined to be the Sultana one day, she’s less than happy about being coddled and sheltered her whole life. This is what led her to try to run away in the first place.

After she was imprisoned, Kaya was sent to live with an aunt and uncle whom tended to neglect her. She was imprisoned 2 years after her mother after waking to find her guardians dead and being charged with their murder. Though falsely accused like her mother, she offered no fight to the verdict.She has been in ward G for almost 5 years and is missing part or all of several internal organs including one kidney, half her liver, all of her internal reproductive organs, three inches of her intestines and her bottom four ribs (two on either side).Very soon after being brought to Deadman Wonderland, Kaya was matched against her mother Miharu–known under the alias “Song Bird”–who refused to fight her and instead chose to commit suicide. The match was nothing if not traumatizing for Kaya, and she has had issues getting close to others since. This already harsh lesson was further driven home after Owl’s ordeal with his wife.The only exception it would seem was old lady Miyako who took Kaya under her wing after her mother’s death; and Senji, her best friend whose relationship with her had especially rocky beginnings.__Abilities:__ Kaya’s branch of sin is called “Sparrow’s Nest” and consists of several almost involuntary individual shields that move about her body, as well as the ability to create smaller versions of her shields to be used as projectiles which are thin yet durable. Her shields may also be used as projectile weapons or rotated around her in a sort of buzz saw style manner__Personality:__ Described as antisocial and easily flustered by others, Kaya is reserved and just a little shy, especially around large groups. At first glance she seems mature and when fighting she is ruthless, but on a personal level she can be immature for her age and though she gets frustrated, she has a surprising capacity for patience.

An accident-prone mage from Ostwick who turned to the study of archeology and ancient texts when her circle disbanded just after the rebellion. She now runs several archeological digs for the Inquisition's research efforts and is often found either in her allotted tower in the garden or assisting Commander Cullen Rutherford with various research projects.

Formerly a member of the Carta, Eibhilin--or Eibhi for short--had her life blown apart when the Inquisition made their way into Valammar.Though she wasn't part of the Carta clan operating out of Valammar, she was sent there to undermine and spy on their operation and would have been caught up in the confrontation if she hadn't been dragged screaming into a darkspawn den. The very den that the Inquisition then boarded up, ultimately trapping her inside.She managed to get out more or less unscathed but due to her status as the sole survivor of the incident she was saddled with the blame. Turning the blame for her plight onto the Inquisition--and Varric Tethras himself--she went to ground and spent months tracking down the then unknown upstart group.Eventually she made her way to skyhold where she then attacked Varric Tethras after which he gave her a similar persuasive argument that he'd given before--that it was safer for her to just work for the Inquisition. She begrudgingly agreed and was given her own quarters. (A small storage closet sized room down by the healer's camps.

She was charged with getting close to him, gathering what useful information he had, and then dispatching him once he had no more information or became more trouble than he was worth.She didn't count on falling in love with him. Didn't realize she was in too deep until it was too late. With the realization that she was in love with Bull came the decision to leave the Qun.A decision further cemented when Bull received a letter intended for her which consequently blew her cover and destroyed them. Des resolved to meet her contact, to officially break from the Qun. Said contact attacked her, beating her nearly to death before carving the words "Tal Vashoth/Traitor" into her back. A clear message meant for Bull:"This is what happens to the things you touch."Meanwhile, having noticed Des' departure and lack of return, Krem expressed his concern to Bull who stubbornly refused to go out and look for her. Krem then took it upon himself to go looking for her, finally finding her and bringing her back to Skyhold.Her recovery was a long and arduous one, both mind and body on the mend. Her handler had left some serious scars on her body and the loss of EVERYTHING she ever was or thought she would be left her without direction. Krem visits her daily but it is Bull whom she needs to see, and he refuses to visit. (Unbeknownst to her, he sits outside her room near constantly.)Life goes on, Des eventually recovers enough to leave her room and despite there clearly being SOMETHING still between them, neither act on it. Quite nearly avoiding each other (much to Krem's continued frustration) until right before the final battle.

With no memories to speak of and a deep seated ache for violence, Elspeth often finds herself blacking out. Later awaking to find herself covered in blood and some new vicious atrocity she has committed.Often feeling out of control or like she is losing her mind, it's almost as if there are two people inhabiting her body. One being a creative and patient young woman with a voracious sense of curiosity, and love for those around her. The other being a malicious and exceedingly cruel creature fueled by a love and need for gore and chaos.
